I’d like the laptop screen to stop acting as a display all together. Essentially I’m trying to transfer the entire computer display over to the dual monitors and to have the laptop screen itself shut down. I am able to drag the mouse icon across the screen of the laptop over to external monitor number 1 with no problem, but monitor number 2 mirrors number 1. (Laptop screen blacked out and was able to be shut while display was transferred over dual monitors) Is it possible to transfer laptop screen to dual monitors entirely? I used to be able to do it with older version of windows in the past.

I am trying to setup the main display to become only displayed on external monitor 1 and monitor 2, not the laptop screen at all.

This is happening for both computers (the Mac and the PC). I have two monitors connected to the HDMI splitter but they are both mirroring each other while the main laptop screen remains the main display. Because it's connected to each monitor they both turn on and I can alternate between Mac and PC dual screen no problem!
